John Mills – Director

John Mills is the Managing Director of Bilas Knight Pty Limited, the Company that he founded in its current form in 2004.  With over 25 years experience in the construction industry, John is responsible for guiding Bilas Knight’s continued structured growth. 

With his hands-on approach, John is directly involved in all aspects of Bilas Knight’s operations.  Being the Chief Estimator, John ensures he is involved in projects from the initial stages, and he continues to monitor each project through to completion. 

Under John’s leadership, Bilas Knight has established itself as an industry leader in the commercial construction industry, with a unique and superior standard of project delivery .

Keiron Moore – Construction Manager

Keiron Moore is Bilas Knight Pty Limited’s Construction Manager, and has worked in this capacity for over 5 years.  During his 15 years in the construction industry, Keiron has accumulated a wealth of knowledge which he brings to the Company to assist with the management of all projects, as well as the leadership of our experienced team of project managers and site foremen.

Keiron’s main focus is to ensure that Bilas Knight delivers to all stakeholders expectations and to develop ongoing relationships with clients and consultants.  He brings to the role of Construction Manager solid communication and management skills, technical ability and vision ensuring delivery of high quality projects and the accommodation of client and consultant requirements.  

Keiron plays a pivotal role in the continued success of Bilas Knight with his experience allowing him to ensure that all projects are managed effectively.

Sorel Osborne – Company Secretary / Business Manager

Sorel Osborne is the Company Secretary of Bilas Knight, and has been with the company since its inception in 2004. With over 17 years of business and project management experience, Sorel is an integral part of the Company’s management team.  Her key vision is to provide the foundation for Bilas Knight to continue to grow within the commercial construction field.

Sorel’s attention to detail and background in the legal industry has allowed her to develop and implement detailed operating systems to monitor all aspects of the Company’s processes, from project reporting through Industrial Relations and the development of our OH&S and Quality Assurance Systems.

Sorel’s role as business manager, coupled with her industry awareness and experience allows her to monitor the day to day operations of Bilas Knight.
