
Warringah CouncilBilas Knight are pleased to have been awarded two projects for Warringah Council:
Cromer Community Centre
- Refurbishment of existing community centre
- 6 week project valued at $130K
and
Curl Curl Sports Centre
- Refurbishment and rebuilding of existing facilities including canteen, amenities, meeting room, uniform room, equipment storage room and disabled facilities.
- 16 week project valued at $785K
Works are expected to start early in 2012.
Bilas Knight's extensive experience in building Rural Fire Services projects have allowed us to awarded
the contracts for 2 projects:
- Griffith Rural Fire Service control centre including an oversized storage facility by Griffith City Council partnership with the NSW Rural Fire Service
- 24 week project valued at $2.2M
and
- Valley Heights Rural Fire Service control centre by NSW Public Works
- 16 week project valued at $700K

Bilas Knight were awarded the contract for the demolition and construction of Howell Oval Cricket Pavilion by Penrith City Council.
Work began in September 2010 and the project is well underway on this 30 week project valued at $2.4M.
Aspects of this project include construction of a new club lounge, commercial kitchen and kiosk, public amenities, player change room, mezzanine level, storage rooms, covered walkway, landscaping and carpark works.
